Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they meet all return requirements.

• Items must be unopened and unused.
• Products must remain in their original packaging.
• Original labels and seals must remain intact.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products.
• Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
• Products that were improperly stored or handled.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards, if offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Authorization

Returns should not be shipped without prior authorization from Fane Global Peptides. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a product that arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and issued to the original payment method.
